1. Buses that are late, if I have to wait 25 mins for one,
2. Air con fares in air con buses with very badly maintained air cons, that are not even cool - many have a stuffy smell and warm,
3. Additional bus fare increase for no improvement in service
Pssst have you notice how the bus drivers are painfully trying to greet passengers..I think they'll use that as an excuse for 'improved service'.
